Ward S. Marshall
Education, Licensure Juris Doctorate: J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, 1989. Bachelor of Arts, Brigham Young University on transfer from University of Nevada Las Vegas. Licensed member of the Utah State Bar Association, the Southern Utah Bar Association, and licensed to practice in the Utah State Courts and the Utah Federal Courts.
Before opening private practice in Southern Utah, in 1997, Marshall served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jack Lehman of the Eighth Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada, Las Vegas, Nevada. And also served as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas A. Foley, Eighth Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada, Las Vegas, Nevada.
Mr. Marshall’s law practice includes many areas of the law. Marriage and Family Law; including wills, trusts and estate planning as well as divorce, child custody and adoptions. He also including a variety of real estate litigation matters, including; land use and zoning, subdivisions, land acquisitions, development, owners associations, business organizations, trusts, partnerships, limited partnerships, corporations, and related real estate transactions.
In his free time Ward enjoys spending time with family, swimming and the beautiful warm Southern Utah climate.
